The Perigordian Farmhouse sleeps up to 14 people, 12 in the farmhouse and an additional 2 adults (only) in the Studio, which is a self contained apartment above the gym.
Private and secluded on a hill top with fantastic views all round and especially across the chateau on the hillside opposite. Set in 100 acres the properties offer a peaceful rural surrounding. We are not in a village, but rural location, perfect for nature lovers, bird watchers and for those of you wishing to see the deer casually stroll past the property early evening/morning.

Farmhouse: 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, master bedroom, Double bedroom and 4 twin bedrooms. Perfect property for large family holidays
Studio: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with bath and shower, open planned lounge, dining/kitchenette. The Studio is purely for 2 adults and availabe as additional accommodation for the farmhouse, it is not rented out to a different group during your stay.

Plenty of space for outside dining wit the large patio/terrace both sides of the farmhouse, with gazebo & sun brolly as well as a charcoal BBQ .

The farmhouse kitchen is very well equipped with everything you should need for a family catering; dishwasher, American Fridge Freezer, large range cooker with 2 ovens, microwave, lots of utensils/pots/pans/glasses etc.

The Swimming Pool 12x6m is heated, private, exclusively for your use.

Pool House: toilet, solar shower, storage for the sunbed covers
Gym, exclusively for your use. Variety of gym equipement. Shower room and toilet also

Activities: The Farmhouse is situated in the Parc Naturel Régional Périgord-Limousin region of the Dordogne, an area known for its natural beauty, caves, chateaux and local produce.
Lots of tracks and trails, marked routes for cycling, running, mountain biking. A region that is wooded, lots of valleys, rivers and local streams. Fishing is available locally (with a fishing permit purchased from any Tabac, or online)
There are several old railway lines that have become non-traffic tracks or even a local velorail - great for some family exercise. There is gold panning nearby, bookings to be made with the local tourist office. Rock climbing also and you can even book to go caving !

Pricing 2022

The prices for 14 people are for the Farmhouse. The Studio is used for groups of 11 and more. Discount maybe available for groups of 6 or less, contact me.
The properties are heated from Oct to April. The pool is open from May till September.
Taxe de Sejour is payable for all guests over 18 years old. This applies to all properties.
