The Perigordian Cottageis a beautiful Perigordian little property that is surprisingly spacious inside. It shares the heated pool with the Granary just adjacent. You can rent both properties to make up a group of 9 if need be.
Private and secluded on a hill top with fantastic views all round and especially across the chateau on the hillside opposite. Set in 100 acres the properties offer a peaceful rural surrounding. We are not in a village, but rural location, perfect for nature lovers, bird watchers and for those of you wishing to see the deer casually stroll past the property early evening/morning.

2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, master bedroom and twin bedroom. Perfect property for a couple or family vacation.

Plenty of space for outside dining wit the large patio, sun brolly and BBQ .

The cottage has been renovated to a high standard and beautifully furnished.

Kitchen: Fully equipped oak fitted kitchen, with hob, cooker,, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave. It is a fully functional kitchen with everything you should need.

The Swimming Pool 10x5m is heated and shared with the Granary.

Activities: The Cottage is situated in the Parc Naturel Régional Périgord-Limousin region of the Dordogne, an area known for its natural beauty, caves, chateaux and local produce.
Lots of tracks and trails, marked routes for cycling, running, mountain biking. A region that is wooded, lots of valleys, rivers and local streams. Fishing is available locally (with a fishing permit purchased from any Tabac, or online)
There are several old railway lines that have become non-traffic tracks or even a local velorail - great for some family exercise. There is gold panning nearby, bookings to be made with the local tourist office. Rock climbing also and you can even book to go caving !

The prices for 4 people are for the Cottage
NB it is possible to rent the Granary also for groups of up to 9. The properties are heated from Oct to April. The pool is open from May till September.
Taxe de Sejour is payable for all guests over 18 years old. This applies to all properties.
