All three properties can be booked together to accommodate a larger group of up to 20 people.

Prices are per week.
Inclusive of electricity, gas, heating and bed linen and house towels (Pool towels not provided)
Saturday to Saturday bookings arriving at 5pm and departing by 10.am.
A deposit of 30% will confirm your booking along with receipt of the booking form.
The remaining balance payable 8 weeks before the holiday.
A breakage deposit of £350 required, this is payable at the time of the remaining balance. 
There is a changeover preparation fee payable in cash on arrival.
The fee is 80€ for the farmhouse, 70€ for the Granary, 40€ for the barn.

To make a booking

To make your booking please first check availability. If the weeks that you wish to book are available then please read the terms and conditions below. You can then fill in our online booking form and press submit to email it to us.

We then require that you either print off the booking form and post to us. Payment is then made via online banking for easy of use to then secure you booking.

The balance of the holiday is payable 8 weeks before along with the breakage deposit of £350.

Terms and Conditions

The occupier and all other members of his/her party shall take full and sole responsibility for the safety and conduct of themselves. All reasonable care has been taken to ensure the safe use of the property and its contents.

Arrival times are after 5pm on the start day and you must depart by 10am on the last day to enable sufficient change over times between lets. Guests are requested to adhere to this request.

A security deposit of £350 is payable to cover any breakage's if applicable. We ask you to leave the property as you find it and if extra cleaning is necessary after your departure a fee will be deducted from the security deposit.

Cancellations received more than 8 weeks from commencement of the letting only the deposit will be forfeited. Should a cancellation be made after the balance is paid, then a refund can only be made if we are able to re-let the accommodation. If for any reason the letting is cancelled by the landlord all the money paid including the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations must be made in writing.
