Lavaud farmhouse is a beautifully restored perigordine Farmhouse with a large heated swimming pool, Full size Tennis Court and Indoor Games/Fitness Room.

Situated at the end of a quiet country lane Lavaud is nestled in to a hill top with views across to the local chateau over the far valley.

The properties are totally independent and offer privacy to  each other with separate views either side of the hillside. Secluded and situated on a no through lane.

With over one hundred acres of countryside to explore you dont even need to leave the property.
