This beautifully converted barn is a completely self contained unit, situated on the first floor. With wonderful views across open countryside and being extravagantly furnished it makes for a beautifully romantic getaway. With underfloor heating for out of season lets The Barn offers plenty of comforts for those of you looking for the perfect break.

Being situated just across the courtyard from the farmhouse The Barn has been converted with couples in mind. Offering all of the facilities that Lavaud has but with the convenience of a rental unit ideal for couples for either french bed and breakfast, short breaks or house hunting trips to purchase french property.

The open plan layout of the studio is such that, with the 5 dorma windows, there is a wonderful feeling of spaciousness. The conversion enables the old beams and rafters to be fully appreciated as they have been sympathetically incorporated into the design of the studio.

The kitchen area with breakfast bar is fully equipped with modern appliances and utensils. There is a dishwasher and washing machine.

The open plan layout with its balcony overlooking the countryside means that you can eat your croissants and drink your coffee whilst watching the sun coming up.

The studio has its own bathroom complete with bath, separate shower cubicle and toilet. There is also a separate dressing area.

Tastefully decorated with king size bed and a luxurious Tempur matress, offering you complete comfort. The large comfy sofa and beautiful furnishing make this large studio a very comfortable base for enjoying the wonderful Dordogne region of South West France.

To complete your romantic getaway evening meals can be cooked for you by prior arrangement.

Prices are per week.
Inclusive of electricity, gas, heating and bed linen.
Saturday to Saturday bookings arriving at 5pm and departing by 10.am.
A deposit of 30% will confirm your booking along with receipt of the booking form.
The remaining balance payable 8 weeks before the holiday.
A breakage deposit of £350 required, this is payable at the time of the remaining balance. For full terms and conditions please read the contact page.
